Campus Program

Launch a Dropstone chapter at your university.

The Campus Program is how Blankline Research backs the next generation of engineers building with AI. If you run a CS club, a hackathon, or an AI student group, we will fund your events, equip your members with Dropstone Max, and open doors with our team and research lab. Top chapter leads get internship fast-tracks, conference travel, and co-authored papers.

How it works

1. Apply

A student or faculty member submits the chapter application. We look for an active core team of three or more and at least one faculty advisor.

2. Set up

We ship you a chapter starter kit: branded swag, event templates, free Max licenses, and a budget for your first two events.

3. Run events

Host at least one workshop or hackathon per semester. We provide curriculum, speakers via video call, and prize sponsorship.

4. Grow

After two semesters of active operation your chapter unlocks the senior tier: bigger budget, research collaboration access, and direct hiring pipelines.

Who can apply

  • Your school is an accredited university or college (undergraduate or graduate).
  • Your chapter has at least three founding members and a faculty advisor.
  • Your university permits student clubs to receive external sponsorship.
  • You can commit to at least one chapter event per academic semester.

Frequently asked

Can graduate students lead a chapter?

Yes. Many of our most active chapters are run by Masters and PhD students. Faculty members can co-lead but cannot be the sole organizer.

What if my school already has an AI club?

Great. You can partner with the existing club instead of creating a parallel one. We support both standalone and co-branded chapters.

Does this cost the chapter anything?

No. Blankline Research funds the program end to end. Your chapter never pays for licenses, swag, or sanctioned events.
